Woohoo! EAMBA Family Portrait Fundraiser is back! 

For those who don't yet know me, my name is Jina and I'm an AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography) accredited professional photographer. I have been specialising in photographing babies and children since 2011. I have won a number of photography awards over the years, and have recently been awarded the AIPP 2019 Family Photographer of the Year Finalist. 

I have been hosting the EAMBA Family Portrait Fundraiser since (Holy moly) 2014! It has been a pleasure and privilege to watch the EAMBA children grow year after year! 

Since we live in Covid times, I feel like a little 'safety-intro' is appropriate. I have completed the Victorian Government's Covid-19 Infection Control Training Certificate, and have had so many Covid-19 vaccines I've lost count. I'm also fully immunised with all vaccines recommended by health.vic.gov.au for people working with babies and children: Whooping Cough, measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, hepatitis A & B, and the most current flu vaccines. 

Ok, enough about me. Here are the details for ... drum roll ... EAMBA Family Portrait Fundraiser 2024!

WHEN?

Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th October

WHERE?

At my studio: 16 Stevens Rd. Forest Hill

How Much?

$75 Session Fee gets you an 8"x10" family photo. ($20 donated to EAMBA)

If you want just one or two extras, you will be able to purchase additional digital files from your personalised online gallery for $85 each, $270 for five, or $490 for all. 

Is There Any Hard Sell?

Absolutely not! Just ask the other EAMBA families who have been photographed by me over the years!

I like everything to be as upfront as possible. If you just want the one included photo due to budget constraints, just choose the 'we only want one photo' option in your questionnaire, so that we don't waste each other's time and there are no awkward unmet expectations. 

How Does It Work?

Step 1:
Click on the links below to book your session. 

Step 2:
I will email you information on what to wear and how to prepare. This is not an automated email, so please give me a couple of days to get this to you. If you don't receive an email from me in a few days, please check your junk folder because spam filters HATE me. Please add me jina@studiozphotography.com.au to your contacts if you can, I've been told that it stops spam filters from blocking my mail, but I don't know for sure whether that works. 

Step 3:
Session day. Please come on time. Please don't come if anyone in your family is sick. (We can reschedule or refund.)

Step 4:
A few weeks after the Fundraising Weekend, your online gallery will be ready. You will have two weeks to place your order. Digital files are downloadable straightaway. As for prints, I will be printing everyone's orders at the same time. I aim to do this in mid-November. Once your prints are done I'll send you an email for you to come and collect them from my collection box. 

What If Someone In My Family Is Sick On The Day?

Please don't come! We can refund or reschedule. 

What If I Want To Order Wall Art Or Albums, Not Just Digitals?

My Babies Are Younger Than 4 Months, But I'd Really Like Some Photos?

Young babies take much longer to settle and need a longer session with less time pressure. You are welcome to purchase a Gift Certificate and come for your photo session when your babies are a bit older, or contact me for a New Born Session. 

Can non-EAMBA families book?

Yes sure! Just send them the link to this webpage to book. 

What If We're Not Free On 7th & 8th October?

You are welcome to purchase a Gift Certificate.

However, EAMBA Fundraiser pricing is only valid for sessions taken during the fundraiser weekend (or sessions booked for the weekend but had to be rescheduled due to sick family members). (i.e. the $490 All Photos Package, the $270 for 5 photos, and the $85 per additional photo deals will not be available with Gift Certificate bookings.)

Before you purchase, please note:

1. Only ONE Gift Certificate can be used per family in a 12 month period. 

2. Fundraiser Gift Certificates may not be combined with any other offer or voucher, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods, and cannot be used other than as described.
